We currently offer training in Midrand (at our farm, 48 Kruger Road, President Park, Midrand) and also at partner farms in both Cape Town and Durban.
At the moment there are no regulations for aquaponics training in South Africa. As a result we are working with the Aquaponics Association of Southern Africa as well as SAQA (South African Qualifications Association) to get all our training at NQF level. For now you will receive a certificate of completion from us.
If within two weeks you change your mind about a purchase and would like to return it in it's original packaging and undamaged we will offer you a 100% refund.

We offer a 6 month warranty on all our electrical products. Should you have an issue in the time please get in touch with us to see if we need to arrange a collection of the goods.

Once the product is returned to us we will have our technicians assess the issue. If we find that the product is faulty we will repair it free of charge or replace it.

Please note however if the product has been damaged due to neglect / power surges / lightning etc... we reserve the right to charge for the repair.

Some items such as full aquaponic systems are too large for our courier company to deliver. As a result we ask you get in touch with us to find out alternative options for delivery. If you are ordering live fish it is too risky to use shipping services. We offer air freight alternatives and same day delivery around Johannesburg as options.
Sure! If you would rather use your own courier service then please select self collection option at checkout. We will then require an email from you with the details of the courier company and ideally an account number to ensure the safety of your precious goods!
If your order qualifies for deliver and we have stock of the item at our farm, the order usually is dispatched the same day. Deliveries are normally made within 1-2 days but for larger items or addresses that are more remote please allow up to 5 days for delivery. We will provide you with a tracking reference of your order to make it easy to check on the delivery progress.
Choosing products online can at times be a little big scary. We are so confident in the products that we sell that we offer a full money back guarantee. Simply return the products back to us within two weeks and we will give you a full refund! Should for some reason the product be faulty we will give you an option to get a refund or choose an alternative product.
Unfortunately we don't have a retail store yet - but we do have a farm and a wide range of products in stock at all time. If you would like to rather come in person to choose, then we recommend getting in touch and arranging a convenient time when one of our sales reps will be available.
Our farm is located at 48 Kruger Road, President Park, Midrand. Please check with us before coming to ensure your order is ready for collection. Our collections days are as follows:-
  • Monday and Wednesday between 11am and 4pm
  • Saturday between 9am and 1pm

  1. Find the products that you would like to order by browsing the categories or brands using the navigation menu on top of the website. You can also search for products or products containing certain ingredients by using the 'Search' box on the top right hand side.
  2. When you find a product that you like, add it to your shopping cart by clicking its 'Add to Cart' button. Note that some products come in different sizes, or quantities. If this is indicated for a product, click on its View button. You will then be able to select which size etc you prefer.
  3. When you have chosen all the products that you would like to buy, click the Cart in the Shopping Bag box on the top right hand side and choose checkout.
  4. You will be asked to register an account because we need your delivery and contact details to get your order to you . Once registered your contact information is on our system and you will not have to enter it again.
  5. You will then be asked to choose your delivery method. Your order can either be delivered by via courier, or you can come and collect the order from our premises. It will take 1 to 4 working days by courier service. Not all goods are available to courier (such as fish)
  6. You will then be asked to choose your payment method – you can pay by credit card, EFT or by a bank deposit. If you are collecting yourself, you can select bank transfer and pay us with your card at our premises. If you pay via EFT or bank deposit, your order will be dispatched within 24 hours of your payment clearing. If you are paying by credit card you may be requested to enter a one time password (OTP) which is a password using 3D secure payment security technology.
  • We only sell products that we have tried, tested and back - ensuring you products of the highest quality at all times
  • We might not have the widest variety but that is because we want products that are affordable and reliable
  • We dispatch all orders not being collected within 12-24 hours of payment
